Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 30, 2026
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your first name, email address, and password. We store passwords as hashed values, not plain text.
To provide your digest, we also store the preferences you choose in the app, including your selected sources, keywords, delivery schedule, timezone, digest history, article feedback, and source requests.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in.
How we use information
We use your information to create and manage your account, send your digest, personalize your article selection, process feedback, handle unsubscribe and password reset requests, respond to support messages, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.
We use service providers to operate Drip, including database hosting and email delivery providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
If you sign up for Drip, we use your email address to send your digest, account-related messages, password reset emails, and support responses. Every digest email includes an unsubscribe link.
Data deletion
You can delete your account from the preferences page. Deleting your account removes your account, digest history, feedback, saved keywords, and source selections.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, signed session cookies, and limited-use tokens for email actions like feedback, unsubscribe, and password reset.
Changes
We may update this policy as Drip changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, notify users.
